Delivery Terms & Conditions
We provide delivery on all our YOKU MOKU products to any address within Singapore. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports and Jurong Island.
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
You will receive an order confirmation via email stating that your order is currently being processed by our stores and a delivery confirmation SMS which will bear the name and contact person of your delivery agent. You will be able to check on the status of the delivery or track the progress of the delivery through the confirmation SMS that will be directed to your indicated mobile number. We will be using external delivery services and the orders would be delivered between 12nn - 3pm.
Depending on the size of the order, there could be a possibility that multiple deliveries may be dispatched to fulfil the order. This arrangement will be made known to you by our YOKU MOKU staff ahead of the impending delivery.
Deliveries will be made on Monday and Thursday. The cut off timing for Monday delivery will be on Sunday, 9pm and the cut off timing for Thursday delivery will be on Wendesday, 9pm.
CHANGES TO SHIPPING ADDRESS
As we endeavour to deliver your YOKU MOKU cookies within the shortest time possible, we ask that the indicated delivery address will have someone present to receive your order.
Please call the delivery hotline of +65 8787 7190 should you wish to change your delivery address prior to the receiving of the delivery SMS. Once, the delivery SMS has been sent, any changes to a delivery location will be done on a case by case scenario.
The order acknowledgement email provides a summary of the items on your order. If you chose to have an item delivered, the order acknowledgement will display the delivery address.
For orders that indicate in-store delivery, the email will display your selected YOKU MOKU Store location. A separate email will be sent to indicate that your item is ready for collection. Please do let us know should you require our staff to meet you at the store’s designated car pick up area for ease of collection.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGE POLICY
Once your order is placed and paid for, an order cannot be cancelled. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind reasons, so please make your selection carefully. Our YOKU MOKU concierge service is at your disposal to go through your options and answer any queries that you may have. As all our goods are all perishables, we regret we are unable to accept any returns, refunds, cancellations or changes once your order is confirmed. Since our cookies are fragile, we have adopted safety packaging protection measurers to minimize risk of of any exterior or interior damages. However, since we are using third party delivery services, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the products.
If you have received an incorrect item, we will gladly exchange for the correct items provided that delivered items are still in its original condition.
Once your Online order is placed through our website, one of our professional processing staff will verify your order via email. You may also check for the status of your order online anytime in your account profile page if you have registered as a user. If you do not hear from us within one working day after you have placed your order, please email us via the Contact Us form on the website, or call us at +65 8787 7190 (Monday to Sunday 11am - 9pm SGT).
We accept AMEX, VISA, Master Card only.
All prices on this website are listed in Singapore Dollar ("SGD"), and hence, any purchases made will be charged to your card in SGD. You may be liable for foreign exchange charges which is levied by your credit card company if you are holding a foreign currency credit card.
All YOKU MOKU products has a shelf-life of at least 30-days before nearing Best Before date. Products that are on promotion might have a shorter Best Before date. Please call the outlet +65 8787 7190 if you need any clarification.
